How emergency dispatch works
- Call (404) 585-1856. We answer 24/7.
- Triage. We assess, advise on immediate mitigation (shut-off valves, breakers), and dispatch.
- Arrival. Our technician arrives, stops the bleeding, documents the scene, and stabilizes or repairs.
- Follow-up. We return next business day if additional parts or permits are needed.
How emergency work is priced
Emergency and after-hours dispatch is quoted on a time-and-materials basis, with rates benchmarked to commercial-market standards and confirmed with you before any billable work begins. Clients on a monthly preventive-maintenance contract receive preferred emergency rates and priority dispatch — which is usually the single best reason to be on a plan before you need one.
